Hello again!! I'm delighted that you've stopped by. Here's a 4x6 card featuring John 3:16.
I have been making cards like this to put into self-standing acrylic frames that I purchased at the dollar store. I call these cards WORD Art....not to be confused with word art that scrapbookers use but rather based upon the WORD of God. Many of my cards are of verses that I wish to memorize, or like this one, to be conscience of based upon the time of the year. I bought several frames that I place around the house. You can fit two on a page when you print them. Then when I switch them, I put them into a recipe box, review them at the end of the month and file them away. Then I will review them all again at the end of the year. If you are interested, I would be more than happy to share more of them. And of course, I'm open to suggestions for verses that you would like to work on.
You could also use the card to make the front of a greeting card or use it as a postcard.
You may either grab the one here that is 100 dpi by clicking on the image to view full-size/save or you may download the 300 dpi one at this link.
May your Sunday be joyous and blessed, and I'll see you again on Monday.
Yours in Christ, Lisajo

Happy Retirement, Chuck!!!!!
Yesterday my brother-in-law, Chuck, retired. My sister threw a surprise dinner party for him. We all had a good time at the restaurant...we were there for four hours!... showering him with our love and good wishes. He's looking forward to tackling some of his "honey-do list" and just kicking back. Happy Retirement, Chuck! We wish you all the best life has to offer, and we all love you dearly.
Although I didn't give Chuck this particular card, I thought I'd share it with you. Attach a wrapped Lifesavers mint to the yellow square. Click on the image. In the new window, right-click and save.

Moist Garlic Chicken Recipe
Here's a delicious recipe that I came across in one of my cookbooks a few months back. My family loves it!
Moist Garlic Chicken
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Dash pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/2 pounds)
In shallow bowl, combine butter, garlic, garlic powder & salt if desired.
In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheeses and pepper.
Dip chicken in butter mixture then bread crumb mixture.
Place in 13x9x2" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
I like to add additional cheese to the top of the chicken before baking. This dish is absolutely delish!! And it's easy to prepare.

God's Valentine Printables
Tonight Kyle and I are going to my oldest son's apartment to play his new Wii. He had been looking for one for quite some time; but as you know, they are hard to come by. While on his girlfreind's lunch hour, they found one. It should be loads of fun.
Today I have two printables for you. The first is a teabag holder. I never unwrap the original teabag. . . just slip it into the printable. The second printable is a Hershey's Mini wrapper. Again I just cover the Mini leaving the original wrapper on.
Through this acrostic, we see that the Lord was our first Valentine! Praise the Lord for loving us so much!!

Valentine Hershey Wrap Printable
I apologize for such a late posting, but I had to take my mom to the doctor today for a pace-maker check and to the eye doctor. Afterward we did a little shopping.
Today I have a Hershey wrapper for you. The poem is mine. Feel free to personalize the heart with the recipients name or a sentiment. I fold the wrapper ends of the candy bar to the back side and adhere with tape. Lightly score the lines so you get nice crisp folds. I run the glue stick along the edge of the wrapper and on each end, fold and pinch the ends shut, then trim the ends with decorative scissors after the glue has dried. The cute bear is by Tami Matta. You may download the wrapper here.

Valentine Small Pringles Can Wrap Printable
We're getting snow again today. The major problem is that it is so cold that the salt on the roads is not working. Therefore, there is black ice and many spin offs with cars ending up in the ditches. Unfortunately, I have to go to the grocery store today. Wish me luck. :)
Here is a wrapper for a small can of Pringles potato chips. You may download it here.

Valentine Cone & Napkin Holder Printables
Today I have a couple of items for your Valentine's Day dinner....a Cone for your favors and a Napkin Holder. I recommend printing the cone on card stock. Both of these will have to be printed "fit to page" in psp or "scale to media" in ps (use the print with preview and change it there). You can also punch holes in the cones and use ribbon to hang them. Fold your napkin to match the napkin holder. You may download them here.

Valentine's Gingerbread Set Printables
I thought I'd start my Valentine's Day printables. Today I have a Gingerbread set that consists of a Can Wrap, a Card and an Envelope. The can wrap fits the larger cans. You can wrap an existing can or an empty can filled with treats. Another idea is to use a can with a pull-top lid and open the can from the bottom. Fill with treats then glue the bottom back onto the can so that the recipient opens the top of the can. You may download them here.

Friendship Gum Wrapper Printable
My internet speeds are not much faster today. We called the company and they want me to do another service call; however, I simply cannot afford it right now with just coming off the holidays. So I guess I'll have to live with the slow connections for the time being.
Today I have a gum wrapper for you. I used Winterfresh gum but any gum will do.
Click on the image to view it full size....then right click to save to your hard drive.

Angel Bookmark Christian Printable
Well I'm back. I lost internet on the 28th and just got it back this afternoon...cost me 95 bucks for the service call. ugh! I had major withdrawals. lol However, our download/upload speed is still not where it should be. I hate satellite (but ask me tomorrow since I've upgraded to a faster package for 30 days to see if that will solve our problem otherwise I'll have another $95 service call). I really miss cable but unfortunately it doesn't come out in the boon-docks where we now live. But I do love my satellite tv...so many more channels to choose from (but it kind of goes to waste as I'm not much of a tv watcher lol). Anyway, I missed all of you.
Big House Blues Band
I hope you had a joyous New Years. I went to see my nephew play in his Blues band New Year's Eve, and they sounded better than they ever have with their new PA system and newly hired sound man. Jim's band is very successful, playing at sold-out concerts, being played on a local radio station and world-wide CD sales. At the present time, they're recording a new CD in Jim's studio. We're all so very proud of him and the other members of the band. They have some awesome talent!! You can check out the Big House Blues Band website here.
FREE Devotional Offer
A few weeks ago I told you about a free devotional offer. Today I have another one for you. You can receive Today either by snail mail or email. This is another FREE pocket-size bi-monthly devotional. Each publication comes with daily Scripture, a devotional and a prayer.
