Flowers WORD Art Card
It's time again for another WORD Art card. For this coming week's verse, I chose Song of Songs 2:12. After a long, cold winter, I know I am not the only one whose heart feels like singing with the coming of spring. I bet yours does too. :) Who can't help but feel joyful during springtime? I've been hearing the cooing of doves and the melody of songbirds. The flowers are starting to grow and will soon fill our eyes with delightful blooms, and a sweet scent will fill the air. Even people clothe themselves with brighter colors to herald in the spring. Everything about spring puts a song in our hearts and makes our steps lighter. Ah, springtime. God really new what he was doing when he created the seasons!
If you are a new visitor to my blog, I welcome you. The WORD Art cards are God's Word in art-form. They are 6x4 and fit into acrylic free-standing frames that you can purchase at the dollar store. The intent is to be mindful of the verse during the week; to meditate upon it, and if you are inclined, to memorize the verse. You can print two to a page. Each Saturday I post a new card.
I used a scrapbook kit by Clara Wallace for this week's verse. The flower stickers on the upper right are mine...from a photo Kyle took in the woods one spring. If you'd prefer to have it at 100dpi jpeg, simply click on the image to view full size; the right click to save. If you'd rather have it at 300dpi png, click here to download.
This evening I'm going to Ryan & Sam's place. Sweet Sam has offered to dye my hair to save me some money because things are tight right now and I'm long overdue to have it done. I know she'll do a good job...I've seen her own hair to attest to that fact. :) When we're done doing my do, we'll have dinner, then we're off to do some bowling. I'm really looking forward to it.
I'll see you back here on Monday. Enjoy your weekend! Now I'm off to listen to some Praise music while I do my chores.
Blessings, Lisajo

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.

New Creation WORD Art Card
It's Saturday and time again for another WORD Art card (God's WORD in artistic form). Today's card requires some photography work on your part. :) Simply layer a photo under the card. You may want to choose a picture that depicts spring...for the Lord is still at His creative work...or you may decide to choose a portrait of yourself or a loved one. If you do not have a program that works with layers, then you can print the card and tape the printed photo to the back before sliding it into a 6x4 acrylic frame (I got mine at the dollar store).
You may download it here.
I hope you have a great weekend! See you again on Monday, dear ones.

Easter Bunny Cone Printable
Happy Monday to you, dear ones! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We had rain and more rain...then last night we got a dusting of snow. But I'm resting on the promise of Spring. :)
I'm delighted to share a new layout today using one of Tami Matta's templates. The template was so cute naked that I knew it would be adorable done up. :) Print on cardstock for durability. After cutting and assembling the cone, glue the ears in place and add the small flowers by the ears. Punch holes and add a ribbon or yarn hanger.
If you'd like the jpeg, just click on the image to view full-size, then right-click and save. If you'd like it as a png, traverse over to here. Then hop back here tomorrow for another Easter printable.
Be of Good Cheer,
Lisajo

St. Patrick's WORD Art Card Christian Printable
Welcome back to another Saturday of God's WORD in artistic form. This week's verse is from 2 Corinthians 13:14. We receive so much when we become Christians, and all along our walk with Him. Grace, Love, and Fellowship are the treasures that are ours. I will be focusing my thoughts this week about these three gifts from our Triune God (if I can wrap my small human brain around these awesome Divine gifts). Won't you join me?
You may want to use this card for a greeting card front or a post card. I put mine in free-standing 6x4 acrylic frames that I purchased at the dollar store and use them for memorization aids.
You may save the 100 dpi image below by clicking on it to view full-size, then right-click to save. Or you may want the 300 dpi file found here.
Wishing you blessing upon blessing this weekend,
Lisajo

2 Bunny Can Wraps Printables & Exemplify eZine
Ladies, I am so excited about a new eZine I found a couple of days ago!! It is a new Christian eZine that is comprised of various blog writers (they are now booked until 2010 for new submissions...how's that for rapid growth?!). They just started it in January and the content is exhilarating! I especially enjoyed the Fiction Column by Rachel that was started in the Feburay issue. She takes a Bible passage and expounds on the story....delightful reading! Another article I enjoyed was "In 10 Minutes or Less" by Carol...simple, quick things you can do that follows that month's eZine theme. They also now have a Bible Study column by Kristen Schiffman (who I believe is the founder if my memory serves me right).
Once you get to the site, click on the current issue button to download the FREE eZine. Then be sure to click on the "Back Issues" button to download January and February's issues. This eZine is published on the 3rd of each month so be sure to bookmark the site. You will need Adobe Acrobat to read the pdf files.
You can download it here at Exemplify. May the time you spend reading this eZine be a blessing to you. And please consider telling those in your circle of on-line friends about it.
Now for today's FREE printables. I have two can wraps for you. Yes, two for the price of one! lol I'm feeling generous. rotflol You can use an empty can, fill it with paper shred and treats; or wrap a full can of fruit (makes a healthy basket filler). Click on the images to view full size; then right-click to save.
Wishing you a Happy Wednesday...
